Hymera (SIA Hymera, Latvia) is a two-person search consultancy. We work only on design, product and AI engineering roles for early-stage and scaling startups. We do not fill sales, operations, marketing or generalist roles.

We maintain a pool of engineers we speak to monthly, whether or not there is an open role. This is why we can return a shortlist in days rather than weeks.

We work in English, Spanish, Italian, Latvian, Russian and Catalan, and assess candidates in the language they will actually work in.

We send three to five candidates per role, each screened in a structured 30-45 minute interview, with written notes on strengths, risks, motivation and fit before the client speaks to them.

## Services

1. **Success-based search** — 18-25% of first-year salary, payable on hire. No upfront cost. Best for companies making one to three hires a year.
2. **Flex** — EUR 500-1,000 per month plus a reduced 10-12% fee on hire. We handle job posts, inbound applications, screening, first interviews and scheduling. Best for teams hiring steadily with nobody internally running it. Pause or cancel anytime.
3. **Embedded** — EUR 3,000-6,000 per month, three-month minimum. Full integration into the client's processes: recruiting, onboarding, hiring operations. Best for a critical hire or a scaling phase.

**Is Hymera a recruitment agency?**
Hymera is registered as a consultancy. We run searches, assess candidates and advise on hiring process. Clients interview, make offers and employ the people we find.

**What geographies can Hymera hire in?**

**How long does a search take?**
First shortlist in five working days, first interviews within ten. Most searches reach a signed offer within three to four weeks when the client responds to feedback quickly.
